We highly encourage online bookings through our website. This is the easiest way to secure a seat on our cruises. We accept all major credit cards. If you do walk up 30 minutes before a cruise, you can pay with card, check, or cash.

We do offer walk ups at our office 30 minutes ahead of any of cruises, but cruises are not guaranteed to run unless 10 or more adults book in advance.

Yes, there are two spacious restrooms.

No. However we serve hotdogs, popcorn, beverages, and snacks at fair prices.

Tipping is appreciated. It is expected on all passenger, tour, and cruise vessels.

The Princess is sanitized before, during, and after each trip. We are only boarding half the capacity of the vessel and it is very spacious.

We automatically provide refunds on trips due to weather cancellations. If customer plans change, we will provide a gift certificate good for a future cruise.
On private cruises deposits are 100% refundable if Harbor Tours is notified in writing one month prior to booked event.
For public cruise refunds, you have the option of paying the boat minimum of $300 for either Tour #1 or #2, or $500 for Tour #3 to secure a cruise, and then be refunded when additional adults book on that tour if you want to guarantee the boat will run it.
